Your Role

You'll be responsible for converting leads into enrollments, delivering a professional and supportive experience from first contact to course commencement. This role blends sales performance with genuine care—ensuring students feel informed, confident, and excited to begin their learning journey.

As a Sales Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective students—guiding them through course options, answering queries, and ensuring a smooth, supportive enrollment experience. You'll work closely with our Admin and Student Support teams to deliver a seamless onboarding process and maintain high satisfaction throughout the student lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and convert inbound leads through phone, email, and CRM platforms
  • Understand student goals and recommend suitable training programs
  • Maintain accurate records of lead status, conversion rates, and student interactions
  • Collaborate with Admin and Student Support teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Conduct courtesy calls and check-ins during the student lifecycle
  • Uphold a high standard of professionalism and empathy in all communications
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing student feedback and insights

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year experience in sales, student recruitment, or customer service (Edutech or RTO preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong follow-up discipline and MS Office proficiency
  • Empathetic, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset
  • Familiarity with Australian education systems or vocational training (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across hybrid teams
