Role Purpose

The Warehouse Admin Clerk helps keep warehouse operations running smoothly by handling paperwork, data entry, and communication between the warehouse, transport providers, and office staff.

About Us:

Sumitomo Rubber Australia is responsible for the wholesale operations of two market leading brands, Dunlop and Falken tyres, to the Australian replacement market. Sumitomo Rubber Australia is the Australian subsidiary of Sumitomo Rubber Industries, which is based in Japan with more than a century of trading history and a global presence.

Main Duties

· Processing of orders through SAP by Design

· Booking Freight and transports for daily deliveries and returns

· Completing consignment notes for transports

· Entering incoming stock into SAP

· Printing labels for deliveries

· Following up ETAs on deliveries with transport companies

· Booking incoming containers for delivery

· Provide general admin support to the warehouse team.

Skills & Experience

· Previous admin or warehouse experience helpful but not essential.

· Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

· Good attention to detail and accurate with data entry.

· Able to stay organised and manage priorities in a busy environment.

· Sound written and verbal communications skills

· Clear communicator and team player.

· Strong work ethic
