Gate Clerk

An exciting opportunity exists for FAK Gate Clerk to join our team and work out of our Port of Brisbane warehouse.

ACFS is the largest privately owned container logistics operator in Australia.

ACFS sites are strategically positioned with close proximity to all major ports. These locations ensure that our operations have dynamic and efficient access to wharf terminals. We have dedicated sites in development for Western Sydney and Melbourne and a committed “Go West” strategy that now includes our North Fremantle operations. These sites will provide additional service benefits for our clientele across the geographic metropolitan areas.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Processing drivers paperwork for FAK - 3PL - Aqis and outside carriers - Imports
- Receiving for export freight
- Assistance customer queries
- Filing
- Adhoc duties
- Provide high level of customer service at all times

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Excellent computer skills including Word, Power Point and Excel spreadsheet.
- High attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to work as a team and individually
