Team Manager (AM & PM Shift) – Lineage Logistics | Laverton, VIC

We're now looking for two passionate
Team Managers
to join us — one on the
morning (AM)
shift and one on the
afternoon (PM)
shift — to lead and inspire our people through this journey of change.

The Opportunity

In this frontline leadership role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the Laverton site operates safely, efficiently and in alignment with customer expectations. You'll be a visible safety leader, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures, while fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Championing safety first every day and driving the implementation of site safety initiatives.
  • Leading by example and enabling effective collaboration between teams.
  • Ensuring customer service levels
    are consistently met and taking proactive steps to address performance issues.
  • Managing labour, productivity, and inventory to achieve operational KPIs.
  • Coaching and developing your team to ensure they have the skills and support needed to succeed.
  • Engaging your team frequently to build trust, motivation, and accountability.

About You

We're looking for strong people leaders who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments — ideally within retail logistics, transport or FMCG.

You'll bring:

  • Proven leadership experience in a logistics or distribution environment.
  • A deep commitment to
    safety
    and operational excellence.
  • Experience in managing multi-temperature warehouse operations.
  • Strong people management and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire performance and engagement.
  • Sound understanding of key operational KPIs, cost controls, and labour management.
  • Qualifications in Logistics Management, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with transport or route distribution operations will be highly regarded.
