Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our factory operations. The ideal candidate will oversee daily production activities, manage staff, ensure quality standards are met, and continuously improve processes to maximize efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate production staff and workflow.
  • Manage scheduling, quality control, and output targets.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and company standards.
  • Monitor stock, materials, and production efficiency.
  • Train and develop team members.
  • Report directly to senior management on performance and improvements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in powder coating or a manufacturing/production management role.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of quality control and OH&S standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
