Service Specialist – Administration Support

What the day will look like
Your day will be busy with a focus on client servicing which will be the key to your success
Responsibilities:
- Provide essential administration support to Account Brokers, helping manage client insurance and risk needs.
- Engage directly with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings, delivering responsive and professional service.
- Take ownership of insurance policy lifecycle activities—pre-renewal, renewal, post-renewal, drafting quotations, endorsements, certificates of currency, cancellations, and renewal reports.
- Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies accurately and efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives, and Managers.
- Enhance the client experience through proactive problem solving and exceptional attention to detail.

To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about a career in insurance and have strong administration and customer service skills.

- Experience supporting senior brokers, or working in client service, underwriting, claims, or insurance broking is highly regarded.
