We have a beautiful bushland campus and outstanding facilities, and we are located close to some of the most exquisite beaches on the Central Coast. The School fosters an atmosphere where students develop into intellectually curious individuals and compassionate, socially responsible global citizens.

The Role:

We are seeking a school bus driver to join our team at the Central Coast Steiner School on a permanent part-time basis (split shifts). The role is to drive an established School route, morning and afternoon every day of the School year, with some opportunities for casual shifts; excursions, day trips etc.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Light Rigid (LR) licence (or above)
  • Driver Authority (or willing to obtain)
  • Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Service NSW Driving Record
  • Copies of appropriate driver training records
  • A high regard for safety, road rules and regulations
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday morning and afternoon runs throughout Term (split shifts)with the possibility of additional shifts for excursions & day trips
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • First Aid/CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain)
  • Flexibility and an ability to align with our unique educational environment
  • Ability to work as part of a close-knit team
