Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role located in Melbourne, VIC for an Information Technology Technician. The IT Technician will be responsible for dispatch tasks tasks such as installation and providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Additionally, the technician will be involved in customer service and training users on IT systems and software.

Qualifications

  • Must have experience in Cabling, and installation (CCTV Camera or traffic counter), installing Racks.
  • Must have all drilling tools.
  • can easily work on 13 ft height
  • Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
  • Information Technology knowledge and experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in Information Technology or related field are a plus
