Service Support Officer

$70,000 – $80,000 + Super

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8am until 4pm

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Service Administrator / Sales Support professional to join our team.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operational function of our Service Department and providing outstanding support to both our customers and internal teams.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Client liaison and reception duties
  • Logging service calls and responding to customer enquiries (Verbal & Written)
  • Preparing service quotes and selling service contracts
  • working closely with the service manger to maintain internal maintenance schedule
  • Maintaining accurate records in SimPro, HubSpot and client portals.
  • Supporting the scheduling and coordination of service operations
  • Liaison with Technicians, subcontractors & Trades
  • Monitoring daily & weekly invoicing, customer portals and  project schedules
  • Filing and general administrative tasks

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in administration, sales support, or customer service
  • Previous exposure to the automatic door industry highly regarded
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, and CRM/databases)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
  • A flexible, adaptable, and team-focused approach
