  • Contracts management.
  • Ensuring client and statutory specifications are being met.

About You:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (essential).
  • Experience in marine construction would be looked upon favourably.
  • Proven experience working in remote locations with a strong understanding of project logistics and site operations in isolated environments.
  • Highly knowledgeable of relevant construction methodologies and standards.
  • Bring hands-on background and strong work ethic, with the resilience to perform in challenging and remote environments.
  • Combines practical experience with strategic thinking and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Possess excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and effective.
  • Committed to safety and maintaining company values, no matter how remote the setting.

The Benefits:

  • Work with a company known for tackling Australia and the Pacific's toughest marine infrastructure challenges.
  • Have autonomy in your role and be trusted to deliver high quality results.
  • Surrounded by an experienced and supportive project team.
  • Enjoy the unique lifestyle that comes with island living—world-class fishing, clear ocean waters, and a community-focused culture.
