About the Role

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager with strong experience in industrial and commercial roofing and construction. You will work closely with the Director and Site Supervisors to oversee multiple projects, ensure quality standards are met, and continue to grow and strengthen our already established, high-quality team.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, along with a passion for delivering results safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all stages of roofing and cladding projects from planning to completion.
  • Liaise directly with the Director, Supervisors, clients, and key stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time, quality delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow an already strong and capable team built on quality and safety.
  • Conduct site inspections, safety checks, and progress reporting.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with all WHS and company standards.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in industrial and commercial roofing and cladding.
  • Strong construction management or supervisory background.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and safety-conscious.
  • Valid White Card.
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
  • Must be authorised to work in Australia.
