About the role

As a Project Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of Global Payments. You will work alongside the Change and Transformation Lead, project stream leads, and the Senior Leadership Team to deliver key organisational initiatives. Your work will drive positive change, ensuring strategic goals are met through strong governance, prioritisation, and resource management.

Salary

  • The salary range for this role is $120, 000 - $140,000 base + superannuation

In this role, you'll enjoy variety in your work, including:

  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to successfully implement business-wide initiatives;
  • Developing and maintaining a project management governance framework, ensuring seamless project delivery;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define the vision, scope, and expected outcomes of key projects;
  • Ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality project delivery;
  • Identifying risks early and proactively addressing potential roadblocks;
  • Overseeing project interdependencies, ensuring a cohesive approach to achieving business goals;
  • Advocating for a customer-centric mindset, ensuring every project delivers meaningful impact;
  • Supporting change management efforts to enhance business capabilities and operational efficiencies;
  • Tracking and measuring project success, providing insightful reporting and recommendations to leadership;
  • Establishing clear and effective reporting processes to keep all stakeholders informed.
