Executive Loss Adjuster Job DescriptionUse your technical expertise to manage complex liability claims, applying investigative and analytical skills to determine cause, liability, and quantum. At Sedgwick, you'll lead high-stakes assessments and deliver trusted outcomes for clients and customers across diverse industries.
What are my accountabilities?
Investigate and resolve complex liability claims with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and customer care.
Interpret insurance policy terms and negotiate claim outcomes with clients and insured parties.
Identify fraudulent claims, manage salvage and recovery, and ensure adherence to legislative and client requirements.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing a significant portfolio beyond core accounts.
Mentor junior adjusters and contribute to team capability and development.
About you
You're an experienced senior loss adjuster with a deep understanding of liability frameworks and insurance regulations.
Hold a Dip. of Loss Adjusting through ANZIIF or relevant tertiary qualification
You bring strong investigative skills, emotional intelligence, and a customer-first mindset.
You're confident in report writing, stakeholder communication, and using technology to support your work.
