A leading Federal Government Agency in the Disability Sector, driving procedural development and best practices. This role presents a unique opportunity for career advancement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cases end-to-end, applying policies and legislation.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational guidelines.
  • Support decision-making with evidence-based insights.
  • Engage effectively with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee legal documentation clearance.
  • Maintain accurate electronic records.

What you'll need to succeed

Seeking candidates with experience in:
  • Complex case management or review/assessment within a sensitive setting
  • Proven ability to apply legislation to decision-making.
  • Allied health professionals who are looking to move into the public sector.
  • Dispute resolution.
  • Legal litigation—ideal for "quasi-law" professionals transitioning to the public sector.
  • Claims management, including candidates from insurance backgrounds.
  • MUST be an Australian Citizen
