Case Manager - AAT Matters

This role is responsible for undertaking complex case management of AAT matters, analysing and developing options for early resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake case management of complex AAT matters and develop options for early resolution.
  • Obtain necessary information and advice to effectively resolve AAT matters.
  • Attend Case Conferences, Conciliations and Hearings conducted by the AAT.
  • Prepare documents detailing resolution options and outcomes at Case Management meetings.
  • Assess and respond to priorities and risks, including risk to the participant, Scheme sustainability and the agency.
  • Prepare and maintain electronic record keeping, including evidence supporting decision-making processes and justifying conclusions reached during the case management process.

Requirements:

  • Experience in case management and AAT proceedings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
