Job Opportunity: APS6 Case Manager

We are seeking multiple APS6 Case Management Officers to join a Federal Government Agency in Geelong or Richmond. This 12-month assignment involves working 37.5 hours per week.

The primary function of the Case Management Support role is an administration position suited for individuals with an understanding of legal processes and ability to interpret legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking end-to-end case management activities
  • Managing complex AAT matters, analyzing options for early resolution
  • Obtaining necessary information and advice to resolve AAT matters effectively
  • Attending Case Conferences, Conciliations, and Hearings conducted by the AAT
  • Preparing documents detailing resolution options and outcomes at Case Management meetings

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Ability to deliver outcomes and manage workloads within timeframes
  • Strong communication and relationship skills including;
  • Experience interpreting information and legislation to reach resolutions
