Are you an experienced marketing leader with a strong background in FMCG or consumer electronics? FUJIFILM Australia is seeking an ambitious National Marketing Manager to lead and inspire our Photo Imaging marketing team focusing brand strategy and rolling up one's sleeves when it comes to Instax, Fujivision, and innovative photo printing and personalisation solutions.

This role is an exciting opportunity to leverage your brand management expertise and career progression history to drive lasting impact and growth in a dynamic, globally recognised company.

Key areas of responsibility include:

Develop and execute the national marketing and category strategy aligned with FUJIFILM's growth ambitions for the Photo Imaging Division, including strategic brand positioning and messaging to elevate market presence.

•

Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of Brand and Digital Channel Marketing Manager, and Instax Digital and Brand Marketing manager to execute and deliver strategic marketing excellence and achieve divisional goals.

•

Drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, and experiential channels to build strong emotional connections with consumers and strengthen customer loyalty.

•

Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for brand innovation, product extension, and market expansion.

•

Manage stakeholder relationships, collaborating closely with senior leadership, internal sales and product teams, external agencies, and retail partners to maximise marketing effectiveness and brand visibility.

•

Control marketing budgets effectively, including local and Ad Sub support from Japan, ensuring optimal resource allocation.

•

Drive employee development, performance management, and succession planning within the marketing team to build future leaders.

Skills and Experiences:

What about you?

Extensive marketing management experience (10+ years) with a proven track record in FMCG or consumer electronics industries, ideally with brands demonstrating career progression within their organisations.

Strong leadership skills, capable of managing and inspiring a diverse marketing team to achieve ambitious business goals.

•

Exceptional strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans that deliver measurable results.

•

Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging internal and external stakeholders at all levels confidently.

•

Results-driven, proactive, and adaptable, with an eye for detail and the ability to thrive under pressure across multiple concurrent projects.

•

Degree qualification in marketing, business, or related field is essential.
