We're searching for an outstanding an experienced Male Disability Support Worker to join Future Butterfly's team and support an incredible man in Baxter (Near Frankston).

This is not just a job, it's an opportunity to become part of a care program that makes a meaningful impact in someone's life every week.

You'll be providing 1:1 community access support, assisting him to enjoy activities like lawn bowls, swimming (DSW swimming in the pool), outings, and connection with the local community. You'll be playing a vital role in supporting his independence, helping him feel calm, understood, and empowered.

We're Looking For:

  • Male support workers only (required by the participant)
  • Exceptional communication skills – you must speak clearly and confidently, with no heavy accents
  • Be able to write very detailed shift notes and communicate any incidents
  • A calm, empathetic nature and a great sense of humour
  • Experience supporting people with behaviours of concern
  • Reliability, professionalism, and the ability to build genuine rapport over time

Must Have:

  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Driver's licence and reliable car
  • Experience with behaviours of concern and mental health support

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 6 per week
