About the Role

The Data and Business Analyst provides a range of services to support business improvement initiatives. The role provides data management, business process analysis, project co-ordination, planning and execution, change management, and education and training.

With excellent interpersonal skills the role leads and implements project-based initiatives, collaborating with team leaders, responsible bodies and stakeholders in presbyteries and congregations to identify and implement improvements.  The role also develops data-based analysis and reporting for management and governance committees and may make recommendations for process improvements to these bodies.

The person in this role chairs the Customer Records Management (CRM) Group to ensure data accuracy and integrated practices are maintained by data owners.

This is a full-time permanent role based in the Melbourne CBD.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Tertiary level qualifications relevant to in business, administration and data analysis.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in managing database systems, designing data models, and developing interactive dashboards and reports.
  • Experience working in a large not-for-profit organisation would be an advantage.
