The Venue:

The Role:

We're looking for experienced Waiters and Sommeliers who know their craft and love what they do. You'll be part of a dynamic, ever-evolving venue that never stands still — where service is personal, every guest interaction counts, and no two days are the same.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver warm, professional, and engaging service every time
  • Share your knowledge of wine and food to create tailored guest experiences
  • Work closely with a passionate team led by Jacqueline Turner and Alex Kirkwood
  • Be part of special events including wine dinners, list takeovers, and festivals featuring world-renowned winemakers
  • Support daily lunch and dinner service, energetic happy hours, and bespoke private events
