Sommelier

Monday- Friday $33.38, Saturday $46.73, Sunday $49.21, Public Holiday $ Super + Tips (depends on the level)

Bartender

Monday- Friday $33.38, Saturday $40.05, Sunday $46.73, Public Holiday $ Super + Tips

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in fine dining service
  • Strong food, beverage, and wine knowledge
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Availability for nights and weekends
