Aged Care Facilitator

As an Aged Care Facilitator / Mentor, you will:
- Deliver high-quality training and mentorship to trainees enrolled in our aged care programs.
- Guide and support students through their learning journey, including theory, practical skills, and placement support.
- Collaborate with industry partners to ensure trainees gain valuable, hands-on experience.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that reflects the values of compassion and quality care.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Relevant qualifications in Aged Care and/or Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
- Experience working in the aged care industry.
- Strong communication and mentoring skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting the next generation of aged care professionals.
