As an Aged Care Facilitator / Mentor, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality training and mentorship to trainees enrolled in our aged care programs.
  • Guide and support students through their learning journey, including theory, practical skills, and placement support.
  • Collaborate with industry partners to ensure trainees gain valuable, hands-on experience.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that reflects the values of compassion and quality care.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Relevant qualifications in Aged Care and/or Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
  • Experience working in the aged care industry.
  • Strong communication and mentoring skills.
  • A genuine passion for supporting the next generation of aged care professionals.
