HEI Schools Gosford Early Education Centre is currently looking for educators who are eager to embrace new ideas and contribute to high-quality, holistic early childhood programs.

About You

You are an early childhood professional who:

  • Holds a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
  • Has completed food safety training
  • Brings experience from the early childhood sector
  • Values strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Is a team player with a respectful, collaborative mindset
  • Is open to exploring new educational concepts and approaches
  • Holds current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certifications
  • Has a valid Working With Children Check
  • Possesses a recent National Police Check (within 6 months) or is willing to obtain one
  • Has experience working with infants in a nurturing environment (highly regarded)
  • Is flexible and available to work between 6:30am – 6:30pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of the curriculum and education programs
  • Collaborate with and provide feedback to room leaders
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming learning environment
  • Use educational apps to document and share children's learning with families
