Warranty / Data Entry Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and process driven individual to join our bubbly and supportive Warranty team as a Warranty/ Data Entry Administrator based in Kirrawee

This position will initially be a maximum term contract for a period of 12 months, however there is the possible potential to become permanent.

This position will be full time Monday to Friday; with flexible start times on offer for the right candidate.

• Data entry into our computer system
• Follow up on missing information
• Filing & document sorting
• Checking documents for compliance and accuracy
• Communication with our manufacturers
• Ensure all manufacturer guidelines are adhered to in the processing of warranty claims
• Ensure all the dealership warranty policies and procedures are adhered to
• Meet set monthly closed RO targets
• Efficiently administer the entire warranty process for dedicated brand/s
• Submit authority to manufacturer for complex repairs.

• Previous experience in administration - highly regarded
• You will be a great communicator and have strong written & verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work as part of a close-knit team
• An interest in cars and our brands that we sell
• Experience in automotive DMS systems - Era Power, regarded but not essential
• Ability to produce high quality documentation
