Join the Macmahon Underground mining team as an EXPERIENCED Charge Up operator and be an integral part of the crew by prioritising safety and demonstrating your development and production charging experience on Normet charge up equipment. About the role

  • FIFO and DIDO options available.
  • Even time roster

About you

  • Development and production charging experience.
  • ANFO highly desirable.
  • Experience with Normet explosive charging equipment.
  • Safe and efficient handling, transport and storage of explosives and blasting agents.
  • Safe and efficient charging and firing of development faces or production stopes.
  • Ensure compliance and implementation of site blasting and evacuation procedures.
  • Paperwork to be filled in correctly.
  • Install and/or removal of mine services and ventilation.
  • Essential tickets - Valid working at Heights, DGSC, Shotfirers Licence and a Valid Manual Australian Drivers Licence.
