B & S Food Pty Ltd are looking for a full time Cafe Manager for Pure Bronte and Salina Café

venue at Bronte Beach. Salary $60000-$75000 depending on experience.

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cafe Manager with strong barista

skills to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our bustling cafe. The ideal

candidate will have a passion for hospitality, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track

record in both cafe management and barista expertise. If you have a keen eye for quality

coffee, excellent customer service, and a knack for team leadership, we invite you to apply

The cafe manager will be responsible for:

 Manage rostering, recruitment, and skilful stock management;

 Navigate restaurant compliance requirements efficiently;

 Oversee profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs;

 Maintaining a safe work environment;

 Operating cafe to a high standard of food and beverage service;

 Working with the Directors to recruit, select and train cafe staff ;

 Managing customer feedback including complaints;

 Ordering supplies, pricing of goods;

Position Requirements

 Prior experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.

 Position will require hours per week including weekends and public holiday

Shifts.

 Qualifications in Food and Beverage or Hospitality management with a minimum

diploma is required.

 Strong leadership and team management skills.

 Excellent communication and customer service skills.

 Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

 Proficient in inventory management and financial analysis.

 Passionate about food, coffee, and creating a positive customer experience every time.
