B & S Food Pty Ltd are looking for a full time Cafe Manager for Pure Bronte and Salina Café venue at Bronte Beach. Salary $60000-$75000 depending on experience. Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cafe Manager with strong barista skills to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our bustling cafe. The ideal record in both cafe management and barista expertise. The cafe manager will be responsible for: Manage rostering, recruitment, and skilful stock management; Navigate restaurant compliance requirements efficiently; Oversee profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs; Maintaining a safe work environment; Operating cafe to a high standard of food and beverage service; Working with the Directors to recruit, select and train cafe staff ; Managing customer feedback including complaints; Ordering supplies, pricing of goods; Position Requirements - Prior experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry. - Position will require 38 - 40 hours per week including weekends and public holiday Shifts. - Qualifications in Food and Beverage or Hospitality management with a minimum diploma is required. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Knowledge of health and safety regulations. - Proficient in inventory management and financial analysis. - Passionate about food, coffee, and creating a positive customer experience every time.
