Key Responsibilities

  • Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, lattes, and teas, following specific recipes and techniques.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations based on their preferences to ensure a positive experience.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines and grinders, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
  • Workspace Maintenance: Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to health and safety standards, and regularly cleaning equipment and seating areas.
  • Cash Handling: Process payments accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems, including cash and credit card transactions.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish supplies, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and pastries, to ensure the café is well-stocked.
