Lane Cove Gymnastics Club & Club Pilates Lane Cove

We're seeking two friendly, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our team as Receptionist/Cafe Assistants.

One role will cover the morning shift (7am-12:30pm) and the other will cover the afternoon shift (1pm-5pm).

You'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, and assisting with cafe duties for our integrated gymnastics club and Pilates studio.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet members, answer phone calls, and respond to emails

  • Manage bookings, memberships, and payments

  • Prepare and serve cafe beverages and food

  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment

  • Support events and promotions

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Friendly and approachable demeanor

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with point-of-sale systems and cafe operations

  • Availability to work independently and as part of a team
