  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information and solutions.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or department.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
  • Meet performance metrics, including call handling times and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Assist in identifying areas for process improvement within the contact centre operations.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
The Successful Applicant
  • Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre role.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) softwares.
  • A problem-solving mindset and a focus on delivering positive outcomes for customers.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing workflows and organisational needs.
