Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced High Voltage Cable Jointer to join Powertech supporting our Malaga office on a Full-Time Permanent Basis.

The person in this role will also have the opportunity to develop skills in HV/LV testing.

About The Role:

Jointing and termination of underground HV/LV power cables.HV Terminations on various types of switchgear.Installation of earthing/ earth grids for substation and HV assets.LV works including pillar installation and terminations/ joints.Locate underground electric cable faults for repair.

About You:

Cert 3 or equivalent training in HV and LV Cable Jointing.Electrical Trade Certification (Preferred).Western Power accreditation for HV & LV jointing (Preferred).High-risk work License.Current WA Driver's License.Construction White Card.Strong work history in Cable Jointer role.Have at least three years' experience as Cable Jointer.Experience in completing XLPE terminations and joints.
