Westgold's comprehensive 2-year Graduate Program is designed for your success, providing tailored mentoring, technical development, dedicated support, and role-specific training. You'll gain invaluable experience through rotations across our Western Australian mine sites, learning directly from seasoned professionals. The practical underground requirements to obtain your First Class Mine Managers Certificate are guaranteed for those wishing to obtain them.

We are looking for passionate and motivated individuals based in Perth to join us as Graduate Mining Engineers, with these positions offered on an attractive 8 days on, 6 days off FIFO roster.

What do I need?

• Tertiary Qualification in Mining Engineering
• Practical experience / vacation time deemed advantageous.
• Strong computer literacy skills.
• Excellent communication skills with all levels of operation 
• Possess a current and valid Manual Driver's Licence 
• Possess a National Police Clearance valid within the last 12 months 
• The ability to pass Westgold's pre-employment process
