EPCM Solutions is now looking for graduate electrical engineers for our 2026 intake in WA. We are a dynamic engineering consultancy that provides engineering support and solutions to customers in the power generation, mining, oil & gas, chemical and water industries.

We are looking for a hardworking engineer recently graduated in areas of electrical, electronic, or mechatronic engineering to join our team. 

As a graduate engineer, the successful candidate will learn more about the electrical engineering practice in industry and be mentored by our highly experienced lead engineers. A graduate development program will be developed to suit the needs of the individual to ensure career progression.

You will get exposure to many and varied projects, introduced to customer facilities, and opportunities to learn about the latest industry practices, equipment and systems in use.

We are looking for a self-motivated person, keen to continue their technical learning with a strong interest in either:

  • energy and good basis in power engineering and mathematics;
  • switchboard / control panel design; or
  • automation and industrial control systems.

Technical experience will include a wide range of design and equipment sizing for electrical projects, automation and software configuration, CAD, project planning and related activities.

Position is a full time role working normal office hours in our office in West Perth, WA, with future site work expected.

Graduates must be living in Australia, qualified for membership with Engineers Australia and be either an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have a suitable Australian Visa that allows full time work in Australia.
