Email Marketing Specialist
eager to learn, ready to grow, and excited to work with some of Australia's most recognisable brands. You'll assist with project execution, optimisation, and troubleshooting, gaining hands-on experience in building and managing CRM and loyalty strategies that make a real impact. You'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of campaigns and programs that drive customer engagement, retention, and growth.

Reporting to the CRM & Loyalty Manager, this role offers exposure to a diverse mix of brands, industries, and business models — from B2B to B2C — giving you a strong foundation in digital marketing and customer lifecycle management. You'll work alongside experienced specialists, have access to top-tier learning resources, and develop skills across leading CRM and automation platforms.

Key Points;

  • $75-85K+super
  • 1-2 years marketing experience with working knowledge of at least two ESP's -
    Klaviyo
    (Essential)
    and
    HubSpot
    (preferred), or similar.
  • Experience with graphic design in
    Figma
    (Ideally), Adobe, or Canva.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help to build and test EDM campaigns according to client's marketing calendars.
  • Support the implementation and analysis of automated flows and customer journeys
  • Develop an understanding of the customer lifecycle from customer acquisition, onboarding, retention & reactivation across a variety of industries.
  • Strategise and execute email marketing best practices, including email design, segmentation, testing, and deliverability.
  • Support in bringing internal stakeholders, including copywriters and designers
  • Support the team with a range of administrative tasks.
  • Track campaign performance, manage reporting and offer strategic insights.

  • Organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines on a tight schedule.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in G-Suite programs.
  • Strong attention to detail and eye for design and aesthetics.
