Role Overview

As a Marketing Specialist at StudyNet, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive student inquiries, engagement, and conversion while ensuring full compliance with Australian international education regulations, including Department of Home Affairs and National Code standards. You will work across digital marketing, content development, stakeholder engagement, and agent communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns (digital, email, social media, webinars) to generate leads and build brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with education agents, partners, and third parties to co-develop compliant marketing materials and advisor communications.
  • Ensure all marketing content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with regulatory requirements (e.g., National Code, ESOS, Home Affairs).
  • Produce high-quality content (blogs, case studies, student stories) to support recruitment and engagement efforts.
  • Manage StudyNet's website, landing pages, and SEO to maximize conversions.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using metrics (e.g., lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rate) and optimize accordingly.
  • Coordinate with compliance and legal teams to maintain agent agreements, monitor partner activity, and ensure ethical marketing practices. ASQA+1
  • Liaise with local and offshore agents to train and align them on brand messaging, student visa information, and migration-safe marketing.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in international education, EdTech, or higher education.
  • Strong understanding of Australian student visa, ESOS Act, and National Code compliance. ASQA+2ASQA+2
  • Proven experience running digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, email marketing).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to write regulatory-safe, student-facing content.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in web analytics and CRM tools.
  • High degree of integrity and ability to maintain compliance with agent code-of-conduct and marketing standards.
  • Strong collaboration skills – ability to work cross-functionally with operations, compliance, sales, and external partners.
