We are seeking passionate and dedicated Secondary Classes Teachers and Learning Support Assistants (LSA) to join our school community across a range of subject areas, with particular opportunities available in Information Technology, English, Mathematics, Nutrition and Food Technology, and Art, as well as other subjects where needed.


Key Responsibilities for Teachers
  • Deliver integrated lessons across core subjects, including English, Mathematics, Art, Information Technology, and Nutrition and Food Technology, with a strong emphasis on literacy and numeracy.
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs, abilities, and learning styles of students.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom culture that supports student wellbeing and academic growth.
  • Integrate digital technologies effectively to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
  • Apply subject expertise in English, Mathematics, Art, Information Technology, and Nutrition and Food Technology to create engaging, hands-on, and practical learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support student development and contribute to wider school initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Recognised teaching qualification and registration with the ACT Teacher Quality Institute (TQI).
  • Current Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) card.
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • Commitment to child safety and Islamic values.

Key Responsibilities for Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with diverse learning needs, under the direction of the classroom teacher.
  • Assist in implementing Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) and adjustments under the supervision of the Inclusive Education Coordinator.
  • Support students' participation, engagement, and inclusion in classroom and school activities.
  • Assist teachers with classroom management, behavior support, and creating a positive learning environment.
  • Document and report observations of student progress, behavior, and learning outcomes to Supervisor.
  • Collaborate with teachers and coordinators to ensure consistency in student support.
