Role description

This is a full-time role for based at Bankstown Aeroport NSW, with opportunities for hybrid work. The Property & Lease Management Coordinator will be responsible for managing commercial property leases, facilities management related tasks, providing administrative support, and offering excellent customer service support to internal and external stakeholders including landlords and agents. The role has a clear succesion plan and will afford the succesful candidate a significant growth opportunity.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication, Customer Service and project management
  • Experience in Property Management and Lease Administration
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with the Refrigeration & HVAC industry is a plus
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in property management or related fields are preferred
