**The Opportunity**

BlueScope Distribution is looking for a **Logistics Coordinator - Export**to join the **BlueScope Distribution Export**team**based in **Eagle Farm**. BlueScope Distribution is a single-source provider of product, processing and service solutions in steel and aluminium product. The business supports customers in a variety of industries and works with them to help deliver projects on time and to specification. BlueScope Distribution supports its customers by helping them find the freedom to do what they do best.

In this dynamic role, you will partner with a diverse and varied global customer base, working to ensure our product gets to its destination, wherever in the world that may be, on time and in full. Working with a supportive and tight knit team, you will have ownership of the process from beginning to end. Co-ordinating the supply chain and sourcing of product, packaging, distribution, freight and logistics, your success in this role will grow from building key relationships with a variety of functional teams across our broader business.

Based in our Eagle Farm site, this opportunity includes a competitive remuneration package, including participation in our Profit Share Program (annual bonus). **What Will You Do?**

Your role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our export logistics by:

- coordinating with carriers to manage space and ensure timely shipment of goods
- handling sales order processes and adjusting requirements to align with production schedules
- meeting all regulatory requirements set by Australian and international bodies
- minimizing costs while maintaining the quality of export freight components
- providing shipping solutions and quotes for various transactions and projects
- maintaining up-to-date documentation and compliance with all company and regulatory policies

**More About You**

Experience in export logistics or a similar field will be beneficial. You will:

- demonstrate superior customer relationship management skills
- exhibit strong negotiation capabilities and influence over key stakeholders
- manage multiple priorities effectively under tight deadlines
- utilise your commercial acumen to understand pricing, margins, and profitability
