Club Dynamics: - The Temora Bowling & Recreation Club, Loftus St, Temora NSW 2666 is a sporting/hospitality based business within the Temora Shire. We provide an International Cuisine experience for the dine-in requirements of our members and their guests.

Our venue is open 7 days per week for normal trade. We are a favored venue within Temora for Celebrating milestones such as birthdays, anniversaries and re-unions etc. We also off er our Club facilities to families honoring their recently departed loved ones.

We are proud sponsors of the Temora Dragons Rugby League, the Temora Dragons Junior Rugby League, the Temora Tigers Cricket Club and the Temora Basketball Association.

The Temora Bowling & Recreation Club are seeking applications from an experienced and passionate Chef to spear head our kitchen team.

The ideal candidate /s will have the following skills & experience.

3 years + of experience in a professional kitchen.

Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

A strong understanding of produce, stock control, culinary techniques and kitchen equipment.

The ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere.

Complete all work responsibilities and desires immediately.

Anticipate and attend to guest's requirements and desires immediately.

Demonstrate superior recipe knowledge for every item on the restaurant's menus.

Ensure full implementation of HACCP code of practice.Maintain a harmonious relationship with other members.

Key Qualifications & experience

  • Leadership, team management, customer service, outstanding communication skills, self-driven with outstanding managerial skills with minimum of Cert IV in Kitchen Management or higher qualification in the similar stream.

As a successful candidate, you will be offered immediate start and on a negotiable salary.

Candidates with Australian citizenship or permanent residency will be preferred.
