We offer clients a range of fixed-fee legal packages, covering everything that small businesses and start-ups need – things like company set up, trade marks, commercial contracts, online terms, employment, capital raising and data protection. We run our business like a tech start-up, with user experience, creativity and lean thinking at the core of our culture.

Summary

Position: Commercial / Corporate Lawyer (1-3 PQE).

Schedule: Full time. Hours are flexible. Start ASAP.

Location: We are a distributed company and encourage you to WFH, but we do have an office in Sydney and co-working options available if you prefer.

Key Experience

We're looking for a qualified lawyer with 1-3 years PQE in general commercial law, preferably having worked in a leading private practice or in-house environment in Australia.

You will be supported by senior lawyers, however you should be confident in taking ownership of most matters, particularly in basic commercial law.

In addition, specialisation in any of the following areas would be favourably considered:


• Technology & IP contracts


• Trademarks


• Commercial and retail leases


• Employment


• Franchising


• Privacy and data protection


• Online business

Note: We do not do any dispute or litigation work.

Key Skills


• Personable, with experience working directly with clients


• Tech-savvy, able to operate out technology platforms


• Independent, comfortable working autonomously


• Efficient, works smart and get things done
