We're seeking a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer with 6+ years of experience to join our growing team. If you love building high-quality software, mentoring others, and leveraging AI-first thinking in your solutions, this role is for you.
What You'll Work On- Shape and deliver features across our Ruby on Rails + PostgreSQL stack (Angular experience is a bonus)
- Apply an AI-first approach to problem-solving and product development
- Improve and support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows (AWS environment)
- Maintain secure, compliant, and maintainable code aligned with ISO 27001 & 9001
- Mentor junior developers and help uplift engineering standards across the team
- 6+ years professional experience in Ruby on Rails
- Strong skills in PostgreSQL and Angular
- Familiarity with DevOps best practices, including CI/CD and AWS
- Experience integrating or applying AI/ML solutions is a strong advantage
- Demonstrated commitment to quality, security, and technical excellence
- Brisbane-based (must be eligible to work in Australia)
- Champion data security in every line of code
- Help ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 27001 and ISO 9001
- Build features that are secure, scalable, and trusted by users
