We're on the hunt for a Grill Chef who knows their way around glowing coals, smoky sears, and perfectly charred masterpieces. If you've got the skills (and the heat tolerance), we've got a spot for you.

What's on the menu (aka what you'll be doing):

  • Mastering the art of the woodfire grill: searing, smoking, and charring to perfection.
  • Bringing passion, precision, and just the right amount of flair to every dish.
  • Working with a tight knit kitchen team that sweats the small stuff (but not the fun stuff).
  • Keeping service smooth, efficient, and always delicious.

Your ingredients (aka what we're looking for):

  • Woodfire grill experience (this is essential).
  • A genuine love for fresh, seasonal produce and bold flavours.
  • Ability to thrive in a high energy, fast paced kitchen.
  • A cool head (even when the grill's scorching).
  • Reliability, team spirit, and a pinch of creativity.
