Overview
Full Time Chef role at Applejack Hospitality Group in Sydney. You will be responsible for your section (larder, grill or pans), ensuring it is stocked, prepped and ready, and you will stay on top of duties during busy, high-volume services.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain your kitchen section (pans, grill, larder, or fryer).
Ensure your section is stocked, prepped, and ready for service.
Maintain high performance during busy, high-volume services.
Qualifications
Hold a minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery OR 2 to 4 years of experience in a commercial kitchen.
Experience in high-volume kitchens and A la Carte service.
Hard-working, dedicated individual with strong technical skills and the ability to work in a small team.
Ability to work a full-time hospitality roster.
Ability to manage any kitchen sections including pans, grill, larder, and fryer.
Salary & Benefits
Great starting salary dependent on experience.
Dem(i) Chef (Cook Grade 4): 77,000 + Super
Chef De Partie (Cook Grade 5): 78,500 + Super
Sous Chef: 80,000 to 90,000 + Super
Head Chef: 85,000 to 110,000 + Super
