Our team of 12 specialists, sub-specialists and fellows includes clinicians widely recognised as experts in their field. Our Practice offers obstetrics, gynaecology and fertility care with a special emphasis on tertiary level endoscopic surgery, reproductive endocrinology and infertility.

We currently have part time roles available working 3 to 4 days a week across our Medical Reception and Administration team.

About the Role

Medical Reception / Admin

Our Medical Reception team acts as the first point of contact for patients upon arrival for their appointments. At Eve Health, we operate differently, with an on-site dedicated call centre, allowing our reception staff to concentrate solely on providing the best customer service to our patients.

This role will also provide coverage for the Contact Centre team so experience in a call centre environment would be advantageous.

Essential to the role will be:

  • Strong administration skills with attention to detail.
  • Highly organised with ability to prioritise tasks
  • Passionate about patient care and the patient experience
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software, processes and procedures
  • Experience working autonomously with the ability to self-solve problems
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent phone manner and ability to multitask
  • Ability to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times
  • Medical administration / customer service background desirable
