Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Perth, WA for a Senior Project Architect. The Senior Project Architect will oversee the design, development, and execution of architectural projects including documentation, design reviews, and project coordination. Responsibilities include leading project teams, ensuring projects align with regulations and sustainability practices, and contributing to innovative building designs while maintaining efficiency and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Architecture, including design, development, and project execution
  • Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience with Submittals
  • Expertise in Project Management and the ability to lead project teams effectively
  • Familiarity with sustainability standards, including Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Registered Architect with relevant qualifications and professional experience
  • Experience in leading large-scale or community-focused projects is a plus
