About the Role: We are excited to offer a permanent full-time position for an enthusiastic and passionate Educational leader. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for creating a dynamic Montessori learning environment.

About You: The ideal candidate will be able to inspire, motivate, and cultivate a positive culture within our center. You should have an innate capacity to relate to individuals of varying ages, social backgrounds, and cultural contexts. To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • ECT / VIT Teacher qualifications are a MUST preferably with a Montessori Diploma.
  • Excellent working knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Approachable, team-oriented demeanor with a lead-by-example attitude.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, team development, and motivation skills.
