About the role

We are seeking an experienced Beauty Therapist, to join our passionate and dedicated team at The Bare Theory x Limon Spa in Mount Hawthorn, WA - Perth's leading clean beauty boutique and organic spa. This is a casual role, offering the opportunity to work in a modern, well-equipped salon environment with the finest clean beauty products sourced globally.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing a wide range of beauty treatments to our valued clients, including facials, waxing, tinting, LED, spray tans and massage
  • Maintaining a high standard of customer service and ensuring each client leaves feeling pampered and relaxed
  • Assisting with stock management and salon presentation to keep our space looking its best
  • Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting your colleagues as needed

What we're looking for

  • A candidate with a Diploma of Beauty Therapy
  • A passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to apply their acquired Beauty Therapist Skills across all facets of our business
  • Proven experience in waxing, facial treatments, lash and brow services, and massage therapy is a must
  • Superior customer service skills and the ability to provide a personalised experience for each client
  • Excellent skin knowledge and consultation skills
  • Knowledge of organic and clean beauty products, or eagerness to learn about non-toxic beauty practices
  • Strong time management and organisational skills to ensure treatments are delivered efficiently
  • A friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
