We are seeking a passionate and adaptive Occupational Therapist to join the team at MultiSkill Centre Ltd (trading as RedDoor Community Services) in Mount Isa, Queensland. This role will see you experiencing rural work and living Play a pivotal part in delivering personalised NDIS OT services within the local community and enjoy the slower outback pace, rich landscapes and amazing sunsets.

~What you'll be doing~
First and foremost, providing face-to-face in-clinic and home-visit appointments with a variety of clients
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop tailored care plans
Providing individualised occupational therapy interventions to improve clients' independence, quality of life and achieve their NDIS and other personal goals
Maintaining client records and reporting as required, with great AI tools and administrators to minimise your desk-based work
Paid participation in professional development activities that are of interest to you
Meeting reasonable KPI’s of 20 billable hours per week
~What we're looking for~
Someone with a desire for making a positive difference in the lives of others
An adventurous person, looking to experience work and life in NW Qld
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of the community without judgement
Degree qualification in Occupational Therapy, with current AHPRA registration
Demonstrated experience (at least 12 months) in an occupational therapy role, preferably with exposure to delivering NDIS services and associated requirements and reporting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, families and other stakeholders
