Occupational Therapist Opportunity – Mount Isa, QLD

Are you a passionate and driven Occupational Therapist seeking an exciting career opportunity in a supportive and collaborative environment? We’re recruiting for a well-established organisation with multiple clinics across Australia, currently looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join their team in Mount Isa.

About the Role

This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload. During your first 4 to 6 months you will be working with a mixed caseload, but if you have a particular interest in pediatrics, you’ll have the option to switch to a pediatric-focused caseload after this initial period.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to clients of all ages and needs.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to create tailored therapy plans.
- Conduct client assessments, implement interventions, and provide ongoing support to help enhance their quality of life.

About You

We’re looking for enthusiastic and client-focused, independent professionals who thrive in a team-oriented environment and are committed to making a difference.

Essential Criteria:

- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Candidates who have completed the desktop assessment (Stage 1) and passed an English language test will be given priority.
- International applicants are encouraged to apply—visa sponsorship and professional supervision will be provided, if required.

Desirable Qualities:

- A strong passion for helping others and achieving positive outcomes.
- An interest in or experience working with mixed caseload.
