The Role

We're looking for an Occupational Therapist who's:

  • Passionate about working with adolescents and adults
  • Excited to deliver creative, practical, evidence-based solutions
  • Keen to join a workplace that values growth, collaboration, and good banter

You'll get to:

  • Conduct functional assessments (including NDIS Functional Capacity Assessments)
  • Develop tailored therapy plans to help clients smash their goals
  • Provide interventions across a range of disabilities (you can choose your focus areas)
  • Script and implement assistive technology (if that's your jam)
  • Design home modifications (also optional)
  • Collaborate with families, carers, and other professionals
  • Support clients to develop skills for life, work, and community participation
  • Develop your documentation skills to a high standard
  • Stay across NDIS and My Aged Care processes, best practices, and funding updates

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • WWCC, CPR, First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
  • NSW driver's licence & reliable car
  • Excellent communication & rapport-building skills
  • Ability to work independently (with plenty of support)
  • Experience in NDIS or My Aged Care = a bonus, not a deal-breaker
  • Assistive tech experience or knowledge
  • Organisation skills so good they'd make Marie Kondo proud
